Principal’s Corner
As our 7th graders celebrate “Memory Week,” their last full week at St. Angela, they are beginning to get further news from their high schools. I thought I would share with you some pleasing news that I just received from Mount Carmel. Twelve of our 7th grade girls will attend Mt. Carmel next year. Seven of the twelve girls qualified for English Honors! Congratulations, girls!! I am proud of our students’ hard work and also very proud of our middle school faculty who all work very hard to prepare the students for success in high school. Great job!
Please note the information in the bulletin about Summer Bible Camp. In order to prepare for materials and personnel it is important to sign up as soon as possible. Please return the form to the school office or the rectory this week.
The Athletics Awards Assembly is Friday at 1:30 p.m. in the gym. Parents of our athletes are invited and encouraged to attend. Grades 4-7 will be in attendance.

Weatherbug
Weather Station
SAMS now has it's own Weatherbug weather station!
A weather station was installed at SAMS on Thursday, August 21, 2008. It is located on the roof of the school, just above the school office. Contributions from the Co-op paid for all expenses. So now you can check the live (real time) weather at the school 24/7/365 by going to the live weatherstation link. More information to follow.
