Alumni Fair Booth Sign Up

For the first time this year we are having an Alumni Booth at the fair and we are looking for Alums to work the booth. The booth will be located underneath the big tent. We plan to have a laptop computer connected to the Internet so that you can sign-up other alumni using the school website registration webpage. Alums will also be asked to be “Floaters” and help out with minor aspects of the fair along with small miscellaneous jobs.

Ideally we would like to have three alumni workers per shift. Shifts are 1 ½ hours to 2 hours long. You may work more than one shift if you would like.

This will be a good time to visit with old friends, or even to plan a reunion. There is a band each night for you to enjoy some music. Call your fellow alumni and work a shift together. To find more information about the fair, vist the SAM Fair Webpage.

Registering for a shift is easy.! Please fill in your name and contact information below and select the shift(s) below that you would like to work in the Alumni booth. Shortly after you register online for a shift(s) you will receive a confirmation email with further details on working your shift. Thanks for your time and support.

NOTE: If you plan to work with two other alumni friends on the same shift, you must submit a registration for each worker. DO NOT REGISTER AN ALUMNI FRIEND UNLESS YOU HAVE CONTACTED THEM AND THEY ARE CERTAIN TO WORK THE SHIFT! If you would like to be shift leader please indicate in your comments.
