Techno Town

The 5-7th grades have submitted a song-parody video to eInstructions, a company that sells electronic gadgets for the classroom. These gadgets energize, engage and assess students in learning.

SAMS has a good chance to Win an Interactive Classroom Makeover!   Worth $25,000 in interactive classroom technology, plus hundreds of lesson plans and other content-

Students, get your parents to view the video along with you.  After viewing,  we need you to register  with the eInstructions website and rate the video with a very positive rating.

It is helpful to have as many positive comments from as many people as possible to help encourage the judges to include us in the top 5.

The judges will start the review of the videos on the videos today, 10-16-2008.  Each person will need to login and Rate the video.  This is used to help pick the top 5 and is available till the 24th.   They will select the top 5 from each group - we are in the 6-8 grade group - and the top 5 will be on the site for voting beginning Oct 31st and goes through Nov 14th.  One winner will be announced for each group and all winners will be announced around Dec 3.

Thanks to the parents that helped us complete the video by bringing their children to Tulane.  The support of the parents and students was incredible!
