Fair Worker - Volunteers
We are in desperate need of workers. We need your help! Fair Committee members will be in front of the Conference Room at dismissal until 3:30 on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for you to sign up to work. You can also call Melissa Mandella at 835-2220 or 390-9060 to sign up to work for shifts that are still available. All families are expected to work a minimum of one 3 hour shift at the Fair. A dress down day pass will be given to your child(ren) for working the fair. This dress down day will be held on Friday, October 21st.
Wristbands/Food/Game Tickets – Pre-orders
Pre-orders for wristbands, food and game tickets will continue through tomorrow - Tuesday, September 27th. Please see the pre-order form included in this bulletin. Using the pre-orders will help avoid lines at the ticket booth during the fair.
Raffle Tickets
Each student received 2 books of raffle tickets. The top 3 ticket sellers will be included in the limo/movie with Mrs. Remont. The weekly contest will be extended through this Friday. Last week’s winner was Ethan Evans. After the contest, the weekly winners will be placed in a drawing for the limo/movie and announced in the final Fair Focus.
Liquor Wheel
Any type of liquor, mixers, condiments, glassware, wine and/or bottle openers, wine glass charms, napkins, etc. Send in your donation by Wednesday of this week. Baskets will be assembled Wednesday afternoon.
Family Sponsorships
Please see the flier to sign up for a family sponsorship. The sponsorships will be displayed on sombreros. Deadline for family sponsorships will be tomorrow - Tuesday, September 27th.
Fair T-Shirts
Our next Fair t-shirt day will be this Friday, September 30th. If you have not ordered your shirt, we do have a limited number of shirts available in the office. The cost is $15 per shirt.
Tupperware
Tupperware orders will be taken at the Basket Raffle Booth throughout the fair. Catalogs and order forms will be available. All proceeds form all orders will go to the school.
FAIR DRESS DOWN TRIO PASS
Please see the handout today going home today with information regarding ordering your child’s dress down trio pass. The total cost is $10.00 for all 3 days.

Each week any student that turns in at least one book of tickets will receive a chance to be included in the limo/movie with the top ticket sellers and Mrs. Remont. Last week’s winner was Justin Douglass. After the contest, the weekly winners will be placed in a drawing for the limo/movie and announced in the final Fair Focus.

SAMA MEETING COLLECTION – there will be a liquor/wine collection for the Liquor Wheel booth at the SAMA meeting tomorrow, September 20th. Anyone bringing a bottle of liquor and/or wine at the meeting will be included in a drawing for a “$50 Ticket Package”. Drawing will be held at the SAMA meeting.

Dunking Booth Volunteers
This year we would like to offer the Dunking Booth at the fair. We are in need of volunteers to be “dunking volunteers”. Students in grade 7 are eligible, any parents, adult family members and teachers are welcome to volunteer. Please send in the attachment included in the bulletin.
Confetti Eggs
The Confetti Egg booth is 100% profit for the fair and with your help can be a huge success. Keep sending in your cleaned eggshells. Your child will receive a tennis shoe pass. A special egg dress down collection day will be held Thursday, September 1st. All students that bring in one dozen cleaned egg shells per child on that day should come dressed down.
