Guidelines for Lunch Card Renewal
Lunch card renewals must be done in a timely manner. Please do not wait until the card is expired to send in your payment. Please allow 5 business days for processing. We are not responsible for cards that are allowed to expire before they are renewed.
The 5-10 day notice you get at the end of each card is your grace period. Once your child's card becomes negative they will receive a charged lunch. Charged lunches will consist of a sandwich and a piece of fruit at a cost of $3.75. If your renewal is still not received after five days after the expiration of the lunch card your child will be sent to the office to call you for lunch.
If your check is returned from the bank for nonsufficient funds, you will have 10 days from the date of the bank notice to make payment including an NSF fee of $40 to bring your account up to date.
Please send payments in a timely manner as to avoid interrupted service.
NO CASH PAYMENTS
Please do not fax or email reservation forms. Cards can not be issued without payment accompanying the form.
We do not accept Cash Payments or Credit Cards.
