Beau Charbonnet, opened the doors of the school for a personal tour, wine and cheese and walk down memory lane. Alumni were thrilled with the added surprise guest, Mrs. Moreau, their second grade teacher.

Are you planning a reunion?

Opportunities for Giving

Last year, St. Angela Merici School was given a statue of Mary from the Archdiocese of New Orleans to be used at the entrance of our school. In the fall of 2015, we hired landscape architect Brian Sublette, St. Angela Merici alumnus, class of ‘79. His beautiful courtyard design will provide an inviting entrance to our school and features Mary, our Mother, at the center. It will be a place for our students and parents to gather, meditate and pray.

Over the past three months we have been blessed to have several families donate monetarily to this project with only one request: that it be dedicated to the mothers of St. Angela Merici School. We currently have a donor that will match contributions up to $15,000. This project is scheduled to begin November 2, 2016. All donors will be invited to the dedication ceremony.

If you would like to donate to this project or see the plans, please stop by Mrs. Bennett’s office.
